Worship Arts
Newburg UMCs worship arts ministry is committed to enhancing our worship of God by pursuing the highest quality of experiences. With this our primary goal, we serve a variety of needs with our ministry. Our worship arts "season" runs from Labor Day until Memorial Day. Also important is the fellowship we share as they contribute toward our feelings of Christian community.
We are proud of our tradition of worship
arts at Newburg UMC and we invite you to join us. We trust that you
will find your participation to be an enriching, educating, and
enjoyable experience.

Dance
Newburg has an interpretive movement group. This group works with the choirs to add the dimension of sight to the music being sung. The words and the feelings of songs are expressed through arm and body movements. No dance experience is necessary, only a good feel for the rhythm in music and the desire to express Gods words in motion.
Spiritual Motion meets Sunday mornings from 10:3011:00 AM in the basement of the education wing. This group of young people expresses the message of songs through motions and uncomplicated dance steps.
