Newburg Men's Club

Newburg Men's Club meets quarterly. Meetings are a time of fellowship with dinner, discussion and varied programs. Dinner is usually a delicious pot luck (each person brings a dish to pass). All men are invited to attend! All that is required of attendees is to come with a desire to participate in some conversation and Christian fellowship. Check the Sunday bulletin and calendar for scheduled meetings.

Service activities have included preparing meals for Newburg's housing the homeless, participation in Appalachian Service Project, Adopt-a-child Christmas and minor repairs around the church.

Following is a list of unique events for the men's group (specific dates on the church calendar):

Special Events

February: Serve breakfast for homeless guests

February: Sweethearts Night Out

February: Whalers Hockey game

March: Annual UMM Corned Beef and Cabbage Dinner

June: Annual Golf Outing

November - December: Collect gifts for needy children

Current Newburg Men's Club officers are:

  • Ron Fadoir - President
  • John Wysocki - Vice President
  • Don Berry - Treasurer

All adult men are welcome. Bring a friend and enjoy an evening of fellowship.
